火麻仁甾醇对DPPH*及亚硝酸盐自由基清除作用的研究

Abstract
Objective;To research oxidation resistance in vitro and scavenging action of semen cannabis sterol. Methods: Spectrophotome-try was used in fructus cannabis sterol for scavenging DPPH * and nitrite. Vitamin C was as positive control. Results:For nitrite,clearance rate was 85. 04% , IC50 was 0. 17 g · L-1 of semen cannabis sterol. For DPPH * , clearance rate was94. 13% , IC50 was 0.47 g · L-1 of semen cannabis sterol. Clearance rate was95.36% ,IC50 was 0.24 g · L-1 of vitamin C Conclusions: Semen cannabis sterol can scavenge nicely for DPPH * and nitrite.
