近红外光谱法快速测定逍遥丸(浓缩丸)中芍药苷含量
Rapid Determination of Paeoniflorin in Xiaoyao Pills (condensed) by Near-infrared Spectroscopy
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To establish a rapid analytical method for Paeoniflorin in Xiaoyao Pills (condensed) by Near-infrared Spectroscopy. Methods;The near-infrared spectral data of 106 samples was collected by Nicolet 6700 NIR spectroradiometer,and the data of Paeoniflorin content were obtained by HPLC. Then, the multivariate calibration model for Paeoniflorin was established by patrical least square(PLS) with HPLC analysis values as reference,and predicting the Paeoniflorin content of unknown samples. Results:the correlation coefficients( R2) of the quantitative calibration model for Paeoniflorin was 0.997 75,the root-mean-square error of cross-validation (RMSECV)was 0. 350 93,the root-mean-square error of calibration( RMSEC) was 0.048 8;the root-mean-square error of prediction ( RMSEP)and the average rate of recovery were 0.082 8 and 100.08%. Conclusion;The method is simple,non-polluted,accurate,and could be applied for the fast determination of Paeoniflorin in Xiaoyao Pills (condensed). Reference citation;Bai Yan,Li Xiaoqing,Lei Jingwei.
