中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征临床研究
Clinical Observation of Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Postcholecystectomy Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine after cholecystectomy syndrome (PCS). Methods; 138 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 70 cases and control group of 68 cases. The control group oral Lidan alcohol capsule and domperidone tablets,the treatment group was treated by the gallbladder and stomach soup on the basis of the control group(chaihu 10 g,huangqin 10 g,zhiqiao 10 g,jiangbanxia 12 g,chenpi 10 g,ruling 12 g,yinchen 40 g,jinqiancao 30 g,yujin 12 g,jineijin 10 g,baizhu 15 g,jiaosanxian 10 g,chaolaifuzi 10 g,gancao 3 g) treatment. Results;In the control group was 77.94% ,the effective rate of treatment group was 97. 14% ,the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion : The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of postcholecystectomy syndrome curative effect. Reference citation: Wang Fei.
