Mechanism of Degenerative Intervertebral Disc
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the causes of the occurrence and development of degenerative intervertebral disc to find the effective way to stopping the progression of the disease. Methods: Summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of degenerative intervertebral disc from modern medicine and traditional medicine through related literatures, familiar with the animal model and comprehensive analysis of the points of experts and scholars. Results:The modern medical science thinks degenerative intervertebral disc were connected with mechanical factors, nutrition reduce, apoptosis, chemical stimulation, cell matrix change, capillaries and nerve endings and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that degenerative intervertebral disc caused by liver qi and blood deficiency and abnormal liver function. Conclusion;Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of degenerative intervertebral disc.
