针药干预卒中后抑郁症伴躯体形式障碍临床研究
Clinical Research of Needle Medicine Intervention in Apoplexia Depression with Somatoform Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To observe the clinical curative effect of needle medicine intervention in apoplexia depression with somatoform disorder. Methods: 80 cases with apoplexia depression with somatoform disorder were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method ,40 cases in each group. The control group was given foundation treatment and the treatment group was given needle medicine intervention based on the control group for continuous treatment for 2 weeks. Observe the NIHSS scores, HAMD scores and ADL scores before and after treatment. Results: Needle medicine intervention based on the conventional application can improve depression after stroke, nerve function and life quality. Conclusion: The cooperation of needle and medicine have better effect for apoplexia depression with somatoform disorder. Reference citation:Guan Dongsheng,Li Yingxia,Meng Yi,et al.
