针药结合治疗慢性功能性便秘临床研究
Clinical Research of Combined Treatment of Acupuncture and Medicine for Chronic Functional Constipation
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine for chronic functional constipation. Methods;72 patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group. The control group was given Piyuerunchang decoction. The treatment group was given acupuncture therapy based on the control group,10 d for a course of treatment. Results;The effective power was 83. 33% in control group and 97. 22% in treatment group. Compared the effective power in two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0. 01). Conclusion; Combined treatment of acupuncture and medicine for chronic functional constipation has distinct curative effect. Reference citation; Jiang Xueliang,Li Yan.
