介绍了采用“HFW焊管+热张力减径+热处理”新工艺(简称SEW工艺)开发的P110钢级SEW石油套管的材料成分设计和试制,并对试制套管的显微组织、力学性能、外观尺寸和抗挤性能等进行了试验研究.试验结果表明,P110钢级SEW石油套管屈服强度达到840~860 MPa,抗拉强度达到925~935MPa,母材与焊缝横向冲击韧性均达到66~78 J.特别是产品几何尺寸精度高,壁厚偏差在-1.74%~1.31%,椭圆度小于0.17%,抗挤毁强度超过API…查看全部>>

In this article, it introduced material composition design and trial-produce of PI 10 SEW oil casing, which produced by adopting a new process HFW pipe+ hot stretch reducing + heat treatment(refeTred to as SEW), and studied its microstructure, mechanical properties, external dimension, collapse resistance, and so on.
