摘要

Abstract

In this article, it analyzed tempering heat treatment test and its result of SEW (stretch-reducing electric welding) Casing made of C-Mn medium carbon low alloy by adopting quadratic regressive orthogonal rotational experimental design, obtained the mathematical equation of casing strength and heat treatment parameters. It determined the main influence factors through analysis on regression equation of mathematical equation and factor variance,and simplified this mathematical equation. Verified by different heat treatment process, the results showed that this equation is with good reproducibility and high reliability, which can be used for guiding industrial production of high grade oil casing.
