摘要

Abstract

Objective: To observe the regulation effect of tanshinone Ⅱ A on vascular endothelial cell NF - κB of rabbits with atherosclerosis, and to investigate its anti-atherosclerosis effects and related mechanism. Methods; 24 white Japanese male rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, tanshinone ⅡA group, with 8 rats in each group. Normal control group was fed with normal diet, model group were fed a diet containing 0. 02% methionine and 1% cholesterol to make atherosclerosis animal model. Besides the high fat diet tanshinone Ⅱ A group were given gastric gavage of tanshinone Ⅱ A, while the normal control group and model group were given the same amount of physiological saline by gavage. Observation of serum lipid levels, p65 expression of aortic endothelial cell NF - κ B pathway and pathological changes of aorta. Results: Total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) of rabbit serum of tanshinone ⅡA group decreased significantly, HDL - C increased significantly, there was significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) compared with the model group; p65 expression of aortic endolhelial cell NF - κB pathway in tanshinone ⅡA group decreased obviously, there was significant difference (P<0. 05) compared with the model group; the pathological examination showed that aortic AS lesions in tanshinone Ⅱ A group significantly retarded. Conclusion: Tanshinone Ⅱ A can protect vascular endothelial pharmacology, its mechanism may be related with the inhibition of p65 expression of NF - κB pathway.
