摘要

Abstract

Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction of fucoidan by calcium chloride solution from Laminaria japonica residue. On the basis of single factor experiment, mathematical modeling was established to analyze the significance and interactions between extraction temperature, extraction time and material/liquid ratio. The optimum extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 68℃, extraction time of 6 h and material/liquid ratio of 1 : 80 (g :mL). Under this optimum condition the extraction rate was up to 3.95%. The contents of fucose and sulfate group were 17.47% and 37.14%, respectively.
