米力农治疗难治性心力衰竭的血流动力学研究
Study on hemodynamics of milrinone in the treatment of refractory heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects and hemodynamic changes of milrinone in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods Twenty - six patients with refractory heart failure were treated with milrinone. The heart functional changes were observed before and after treatment, and hemodynamic indexes were detected. Results Seventy - two hours after treatment, the heart function of 24 patients improved, and the total efficacy rate was 92.3% . Compared with administration before, cardiac output (CD) and cardiac index (CI) increased markedly, whereas pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP), central venous pressure (CVP), pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) and systemic vascular resistance (SVR) decreased significantly. Conclusion Milrinone has significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of refractory heart failure, being worthy of popularization and application.关键词
