Abstract
Objective To explore the evidence - based nursing methods for the functional exercise of new bladder after total laparoscopic radical cystectomy combined with ileal cystoplasty. Methods 15 patients with total laparoscopic radical cystectomy combined with ileal cystoplasty were selected and conducted with evidence - based nursing. Results All of 15 patients had successful surgeries, the postoperative hospitalization time was (25. 0 ± 4. 1) days, and the postoperative follow-up time was 7 to 38 months. 2 patients had mild nocturnal uroclepsia, and the rest of patients were able to urinate regularly without obvious residual urine. Conclusion Application of the evidence — based nursing in the treatment of the patients with total laparoscopic radical cystectomy combined with ileal cystoplasty can make the controllable urinary diversion technique extremely adapt to the physiological conditions of the patients. As a result, it can promote the recovery of normal urinary function of patients and significantly improve the quality of life of patients as well.关键词
