综合性护理干预对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者便秘的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence rate and degree of constipation in the patients with advanced malignant tumor. Methods 220 patients with advanced malignant tumor were randomly divided into conventional nursing group and nursing intervention group, 110 cases in each group. The conventional nursing group was conducted with conventional nursing, while the nursing intervention group was conducted with constipation- related comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. Results Incidence rate and degree of constipation in the nursing intervention group were lower than the conventional nursing group, and there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence rate and degree of constipation in the patients with advanced tumor.关键词
