摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods for the patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome ( OSAHS ) by the treatment of uvu-lopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP). Methods Perioperative nursing measures for 78 OSAHS patients with general anaesthetic UPPP were analyzed retrospectively. Results In this research, the length of hospital stay was 8 to 13 days (with a mean time of 9. 5 days). 3 months after operation, the therapeutic effects were excellent in 58 cases and effective in 20 cases according to the result of polysomnography. Conclusion Reasonable perioperative nursing for OSAHS patients can help the patients to complete the operations successfully, alleviate the postoperative sufferings of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications. In addition, the effective health propaganda and education can help patients to build good compliance to physician and improve the quality of life of patients with OSAHS.关键词
