Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of auricular seed-embedding therapy on the treatment of tinnitus and deafness and summarize the nursing methods. Methods 128 patients with tinnitus and deafness were divided into two groups. The observation group (n =64) was treated with combination treatment of auricular seed-embedding therapy and conventional therapy (drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and hyperbaric oxygen), while the control group (n =64) was only treated with conventional therapy. Clinical efficjicy was compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 85. 3% , which was significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group (P<0.01). With the increasing of disease course, the total effective rate reduced gradually. Conclusion Auricular seed-embedding therapy combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of patients with tinnitus and deafness is more effective than conventional therapy alone.关键词
