地佐辛联合氟比洛芬酯预防腹腔镜全麻苏醒期躁动的临床研究
Research on preventing laparoscopic patients' anesthetic on restlessness in the awaking stage of general anesthesia by using dezocine and flurbiprofen axetil before completing the operation

Abstract
Objective: To study the effects on preventing laparoscopic patients' anesthetic on restlessness in the awaking stage of general anesthesia by using dezocine and flurbiprofen axetil before completing the operation. Methods Laparoscopic surgery (including upper laparoscopic surgery and gynecologic pelvic cavity mirrors surgical procedure) was administered. Ninety patients (Aged between 35 and 45; ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ) didn't have obvious important viscera dysfunction. Patients were randomly divided into four groups and were given intravenous injection respectively ten minutes before the operation. Patients in group I received 5 mg dezocine, group Ⅱ 10 mg, group Ⅲ 50 mg and patients in group Ⅳ received 5 mg dezocine and dezocine flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg. Then dynamic observation of four groups was conducted in terms of general anesthesia to stir, fluctuations in blood pressure, pain, vomiting and the time from completing surgery to pulling out the tube. Four groups were connected to PCIA one hour after surgery. Results Differences in all indexes between patients in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ had no statistical significance (P >0. 05). Compared with those in group Ⅳ, patients in group Ⅱ had delayed extubation time and more disgusted situations, which had statistical significance (P <0. 05). Compared with the former three groups, all the indexes of group Ⅳ were higher, this difference having statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Using dezocine combined flurbiprofen axetil before operation can effectively prevent abdominal cavity mirrors surgical patients during anesthesia in the period of agitation and a series of adverse reactions.关键词
