Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of the locking compression plate fixation combined with autogenous iliac bone grafting in the treatment of proximal humerus four part fractures. Methods Fourteen patients with proximal humerus four part fractures received locking compression plate fixation combined with autogenous iliac bone grafting fixation for treatment. Results Six months after operation, the Neer function scores in 14 patients were as follows: excellent in 7 cases, good in 5 cases and poor in 2 cases with a comprehensive good rate of 85. 71 % . Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation combined with autogenous iliac bone grafting fixation in the treatment of proximal humerus four part fractures has advantages of high reduction and satisfaction rates with firm fixation, fewer complications, faster recovery of limb function, and shorter recovery time. Patients can start rehabilitation training in a short term after operation. The success rate of operation is greatly improved.关键词
