Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with epinastine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods A total of 128 chronic eczema patients in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were randomly divided into control and observation groups. The control group was administered conventional compound glycyrrhizin treatment, while the observation group was administered compound glycyrrhizin combined with epinastine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was 93.8% , significantly higher than the 85.9% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined compound glycyrrhizin with epinastine is feasible in the treatment of chronic eczema with significant curative effect. No adverse reactions take place in the course of treatment. Thus it is comparatively safe, and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
