复方炉甘石洗剂与氧化锌软膏治疗过敏性皮炎的疗效比较
Comparison of therapeutic effects of compound calamine lotion and zinc oxide ointment for allergic dermatitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of compound calamine lotion and zinc oxide ointment in the treatment of allergic dermatitis. Methods Eighty-two patients with allergic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 41 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with compound calamine lotion, and those in the control group with zinc oxide ointment. Both therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of both groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effectiveness rate of treatment group (97.56% ) was slightly higher than that of the control group (87.80%), but the difference showed no statistical significance. The adverse reactions like skin allergy and general discomfort were not found in patients of both groups. Conclusion Both compound calamine lotion and zinc oxide ointment have good therapeutic effects in the treatment of allergic dermatitis, whereas the therapeutic effect of compound calamine lotion is superior to that of zinc oxide ointment to a certain extent.关键词
