肾康注射液联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾脏病的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenkang injection combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) at the 3rd to 4th phase. Methods Ninety two CKD patients at the 3rd to 4th phase were randomly divided into 3 groups: 30 cases in control group (group A), 31 cases in calcium dobesilate group (group B) and 31 cases in Shenkang injection group (group C). The courses of treatment in 3 groups were all 1 month. The changes of 24 h urine protein quantitation 24 h (24 h UTP), serum creatinine (Scr), urea nitrogen (BUN), uric acid (UA) and cystatin C (CysC) before and after treatment were observed. Results Compared with group A, the levels of 24 h UTP and CysC after treatment in group B both decreased significantly, and the level of 24 h UTP after treatment in group C reduced markedly. The differences in groups A and B showed statistical significance. After treatment, the levels of BUN, UA and CysC in group C were all lower than those in group B notably. Conclusion Shenkang injection combined with calcium dobesilate can effectively decrease the levels of BUN, UA and CysC of CKD patients and delay the declination of renal function, which has a better effect of renal function.关键词
