Preparation and selection of monoclonal antibodies against human prostate stem cell antigen
摘要
Abstract
Objective To prepare and select monoclonal antibodies ( mAb) against human prostate stem cell antigens (PSCA) in cells. Methods BALB/c mice were immunized with recombinant human PSCA . Anti-PSCA mAbs were obtained by hybridoma technique , tested by ELISA , Western blotting and flow cytometry. Results Six strains of anti -PSCA mAbs were acquired, three of which proved to be able to bind PSCA in cells after all tests . Conclusion Acquisition of an-ti-PSCA mAbs able to bind PSCA on the cell surface will facilitate further studies and applications .关键词
