山栀茶抗抑郁活性部位研究
Study on antidepression effect of Radix Pittospori
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the antidepressant -like activities of different extracts of Radix Pittospori ( RP). Methods The forced swimming test (FST) , tail suspension test (TST) and change in the mice body mass were used to evaluate the antidepressant -like effect of the ethanol extracts of RP. Results It was observed that n -butanol extract at high dose, or EtoAc extract at high or low doses significantly reduced the immobility time in TST while n -butanol extract at high dose, or EtoAc extract at high or low doses significantly reduced the immobility time in the FST . In addition, the EtoAc extract at high dose showed better antidepressant -like activities than other extracts. Conclusion The n-butanol extract and EtoAc extract of RP produce antidepression effect.关键词
