Correlation of CCR7 and VEGF-C expression with lymphatic metastasis in pancreatic cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor 7 ( CCR7) and vascular endothelial growth factor C ( VEGF-C) in pancreatic cancer (PC) and its relationship with lymphatic metastasis . Methods The expression of CCR7 and VEGF-C was examined by fluorescence quantitative real -time PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results CCR7 , VEGF-C mRNA and protein expression levels were significantly higher in patients with cancer displaying lymph node metas -tasis. The mRNA and protein expression levels of CCR7 and VEGF-C in PC tissue were significantly higher than those in the adjacent normal tissue. There was a significant positive linear correlation between the mRNA transcription and protein expression levels of CCR7 and VEGF-C. Conclusion CCR7 and VEGF-C seem to play a pivotal role in lymph node metas -tasis of PC.关键词
