Generalized Capacity of Urban Road Network under the Influence of Road Construction
以路网广义容量的内涵和计算理论为前提,通过对道路施工区交通运行特征的分析,明确了道路施工区对路网容量的影响因素,以及对有效运营面积和有效运营时间两方面的影响,并给出了相关修正系数的具体计算方法.最后以武汉市主城区为例对道路施工影响前后的路网容量进行了对比分析,得到了道路施工对路网容量的影响程度.
With the theory of road network generalized capability, the influence of road construction on it was explored. Firstly, the traffic characteristics in work zones were analyzed. According to the characteristics, several key factors of work zone which affect the capacity were proposed. Then the influence was separated into two sectors.
