Abstract
On the basis of characteristics analysis of the rapid transit network, a multi-graph model and a reliability index matrix of the rapid transit network are constructed. Meanwhile, a travel time reliability constraint model is built. Then, through combinatorial optimization methods, a bi-level programming model for rapid transit network is also established, which consists of reliability indicators and travel time constraints. The objective function of the upper model is to minimize the capital investment of system while the underlying model satisfies the user equilibrium with minimizing user's generalized travel costs as its optimization target. Simultaneously the solution algorithm is given. Finally, the example of a simple network is tested. The numerical results show that the model is better able to assess the rapid transit network performance.关键词
