金线莲组培快繁技术体系的研究
Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation Techniques of Anoectochilus roxburghii

Abstract
Different tests were conducted to optimize the tissue culture conditions of Anoectochilus roxburghii. The results showed that 75% ethanol ( soaking for 30 seconds) + 0.1% HgCl ( soaking for 8 minutes) had better disinfection effect on the ex-plants. The best medium for the bud inducement was MS + BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L, while the best medium for the bud proliferation was MS + BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L. Addition of 20% banana puree in the proliferation medium could improve bud proliferation and culture of strong seedlings. In the culture process of bud differentiation and the culture medium of MS + BA 0. 05 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L, the inoculum density of 10 plants per bottle and the light treatment of 800 lx could produce ideal effects.关键词
