Abstract
Taking Hunan Agricultural University as an example, on the premise of steady employment rate, this paper discussed how to improve the employment rate of graduates in the local agricultural universities, and constructed its innovation mode for the sake of establishing a solid foundation for promoting employment quality.关键词
