摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the change of serum level of lipoprotein phospholipase A2 ( Lp-PLA2) and its relation with the condition in patients with acute cerebral infarction ( ACI). Methods Acording to the national institute of health stroke seale (NIHSS) scores, 91 ACI patients were divided into the mild ACI group ( NIHSS < 4) , moderate ACI group (4 ~ 15) and severe ACI group ( > 15). Meanwhile, the levels of LP-PLA2 were detected in the ACI patients and 31 normal controls by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The relationship between the NIHSS score and serum LP-PLA2 level in ACT patients was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results The level of serum LP-PLA2 in ACI group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group ( P < 0. 01). The level of serum LP-PLA2 in the severe ACI subgroup was significantly higher than that in the mild and moderate ACI subgroups ( all P <0. 01). The NIHSS scores was positive correlated with the level of serum LP-PLA2 in ACI patients by Spearman correlation analysis ( r = 0. 485, P < 0. 001 ). Conclusions The level of serum LP-PLA2 is significantly increased in ACI patients. The more severer the pathogenetic condition is, the more higher the level of serum LP-PLA2.关键词
