两种方法建立人胃癌裸鼠移植瘤模型的比较
Comparison on two methods of transplantation tumor model of human gastric cancer in nude mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare two methods of subculaneous transplanlalion tumor models of human gas-tric cancer in nude mice. Methods Direcl injeclion of cell suspension of human gaslric cancer: the subculaneous in-oculalion of cell suspension of human gaslric cancer into nude mice; subculaneous transplanlion of gaslric tumor in nude mice: inoculate the lumor block subculaneously into nude mice. The growlh speed of transplanted lumor in these models were observed and compared. The MSP to delect the melhylalion level of Reprimo gene in transplanted lumor tissue, and the immunohistochemical method to delect the molecular expression of Ki-67 and CD31 in transplanted tumor were used. Results In the model directly injected with lumor cell suspension, the tumor-take rale was slower ( P <0. 05) . The melhylalion level of Reprimo gene and the molecular expression of Ki-67 and CD31 in the group of subculaneous vaccination lumor were both higher than those of the directly injected group(P<0.05) . Conclusion The growth condition of tumor in the method of subculaneous vaccination lumor is better than that in the method of directly injected with cell suspension.关键词
