摘要

Abstract

In order to calculate the stress distribution of the axial-flow pump impeller accurately, a method of collaborative simulation between FLUNET and ANSYS is adopted. Three dimensional flow is simulated on the basis of FULUENT, N-S equations and standard k - e model, and further structure analysis of impeller is implemented using ANSYS through data transfer by Workbench FSI technology. From numerical analysis, we may draw the conclusion that stress concentration occurs at the intersection of blade root and hub, and blade stress rises gradually from tip to root of blades. The results provide favorable basis for the optimal design of axial-flow impeller.
