纳米冷冻机油的制备及其在转子压缩机中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Four kinds of nanorefrigeration oil with good dispersion stability were prepared by physicochemical methods and applied in rotor compressor. After performance test of compressor, there is different affect of four sorts of nanorefrigeration oil on performance of compressor, the refrigerating capacity will be improved by appearance of nanoparticles which the maximum is 0.79% ; reducing input power drastically that the maximum is 2. 35% ; the coefficient of performance is improved by 2. 06% av-eragely, the maximum is 2. 97% . The compressors' behaviour is normal after accelerated life test. In all, the rotor compressors can run efficiently and safely with adding nanoparticles.关键词
