摘要

Abstract

CEP is used to describe the shooting accuracy of shell, missile or positioning accuracy of navigation. It has several different definitions and corresponding different calculation methods. If the specific application is not considered and uses the simplified calculation formula to calculate, it is easy to cause the error. The definition, calculation methods and range of application of CEP is analyzed in this paper, from the basic definition, the calculating software of CEP is programmed by use of Matlab software. An example of CEP calculation is given on the data of positioning accuracy test of one type of unmanned aerial vehicle reconnaissance equipment, and the calculation result shows that the calculation method is correct and reliable, it can accurately calculate CEP and evaluate positioning accuracy of the test equipment.
