High Temperature Raman Spectra Study on Borophosphates MBPO5(M=Sr,Ba)

摘要

Abstract

The Raman spectra of borophosphates SrBPO5 and BaBPO5 were studied at room and high temperature.The vibrational modes has been assigned.The results indicated that all the Raman lines decrease in frequency shifts and the width of the Raman lines increases as the temperature increasing.The P-0 bond lengths in the crystal increase in high- temperature, but the O-P-O bond angels have less change.The structures of SrBPO5 and BaBPO5 trend to stability at 1000 K, and no phase changes have been observed in high-temperature.
