氨改性二氧化钛的制备及可见光催化性能研究
Preparation and Visible-light Photocatalytic Performace of TiO2 Modified by Ammonia
摘要
Abstract
The nitrogen doped TiO2 was prepared by heat treatment under different temperatures using industrial TiO2 powder as precursor.The photocatalysts were analyzed by XRD, TEM, XPS, UV-vis DRS and PL techniques.The visible light photocatalytic activity of N doped TiO2 was evaluated by methylene blue.The experimental results show that the catalysts were calcinated at 500℃ for 3 h under ammonia concentration at 99% , the highest rate of methylene blue degradation was obtained in 93% and the visible catalytic activity is the strongest.As the calcining temperature increasing, the crystal phase TiO2 change from anatase to rutile.As the ammonia concentration increasesing, the degradation of photocatalysis for methylene blue would increase.关键词
