纳米TiO2/蛋白土复合材料的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of Nano-TiO2/Opai Composite Materials

Abstract
The nano-TiO2 was deposited on the the acid leaching opal to solve the shortcomings of nano-TiO2 poor recycling and dispering during use, make the photocatalytic efficiency improved.Using the acid leaching opal as the carrier and the TiCl4 as the precursor, the nano-TiO2 composite materials were prepared by a hydrolysis precipitation process.The composite material was characterized by XRD, TEM The degradation of formaldehyde of the composite materials was studied.The experimental results show that the nano-TiO2 particals were uniformly loaded on the surface of opal and the crystal of TiO2 is anatase, whose grain size is 5-20 nm.Through the experimental results of the degradation of formaldehyde, the photocatalytic activity of obtained samples was high and the degradation rate of formaldehyde can achieve 90% within 24 h.关键词
