摘要

Abstract

The influencing laws of injection molding process parameters on the warping deformation of plastic parts of freezer table frame were analyzed through Moldflow software. Combined with the example, the process defects, such as warpage, can be improved and eliminated by selecting reasonably the molding process parameters according to the results of simulation analysis of actual production. Thus, the product quality improves and the production cost decreases.
