摘要

Abstract

The total flavonoids from Zanthoxylum bungeagum maxim pericarp was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) ,and the total flavonoid content in the extract was investigated by the sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate method with Rutin as a standard product.The effects of pressure, temperature, dosage of chemical preparation and time on extract abilities of flavone were investigated.The optimum technology parameter was investigated by the orthogonal design:the factors influencing the yield were as follows:temperature > pressure > time > dosage of chemical preparation, as a result,the best craft conditions were extraction temperature 50℃, extraction pressure 35MPa,extraction time 150min,dosage of chemical preparation 4mL/g,and the extraction rate was 19.574%.
