淀粉接枝丙烯酸制备高吸水性树脂OA北大核心CSTPCD
Starch-g-acrylic Acid Super Absorbent Polymer Technology
利用硅酸钠为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,对淀粉接枝丙烯酸制备高吸水性树脂进行了实验研究.结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:丙烯酸中和度为80%,交联剂用量为淀粉用量的0.3%(质量分数),反应温度60℃,反应时间3~4 h;制备出的树脂吸水率可达300%(质量分数)以上.本实验为制备高吸水性树脂的工艺研究提供了参考.
Using silica as cross-linker and ammonium persulfate as initiator, starch-g-acrylic acid was prepared. Experimental results show that the optimum conditions for synthesis were a-crylic acid neutralization degree 80%, the amount of silica on starch base 0. 3% , reaction temperature 60℃ .reaction time 3~4 h. The resultant polymer had 300%~400%. This work provided the reference for the technology of super absorbent polymer preparation.
