摘要

Abstract

The research situation and progress on flow characteristics of the spiral flow was reviewed, and the research on velocity distribution, pressure drop characteristics and attenuation characteristics was prospected. For velocity distribution, advanced equipment for velocity measurement should be used, such as LDV and PIV. For pressure drop characteristics, new and practical model of pressure drop should be established. For attenuation characteristics, accuracy of the attenuation formulas needs to be improved.
