卷烟燃吸模拟装置的设计与应用
Design and Application of Cigarette Smoking Simulator

Abstract
A cigarette smoking simulator was designed, and its performance in temperature controlling was evaluated. The pyrolytic products of cut tobacco produced by the simulator was determined and compared with the smoke components of cigarette smoked by a smoking machine. The repeatabilities of NH3, HCN and phenol contents in the pyrolytic products of cut tobacco treated by the simulator were investigated. The results showed that: 1) The simulator featured faster heating rate and larger sample capacity. At the heating rates of 50, 100 and 150 ℃/s, the RSDs of measured temperature curve were 4.80%, 5.10%, and 8.10% without sample loading, and 3.50%, 3.65%, and 9.02% with sample loading, respectively. 2) The pyrolytic products could be trapped quantitively, 141 components were identified by GC/MS, 16 components more than that in cigarette smoke. And the yields of most pyrolytic products were higher than their counterparts in cigarette smoke. 3) The simulator featured good repeatability, and the RSDs of NH3, HCN and phenol were 2.54%, 7.32% and 3.11%, respectively.关键词
