Review on Fund Management of Mechanical Engineering Discipline of NSFC in 2012
摘要
Abstract
The evaluation and funding of proposals in division of mechanical engineering of NSFC in 2012 were reviewed. Hot issues were analyzed, taking proposals in the fields of mechanical tribolo-gy and surface technology and high energy density beam machining as examples. Managerial actions were reviewed including promoting academic exchanges and cooperation, major project approving, major research plan mid —term evaluation and young talents cultivation. Research progresses of the funded projects and outcomes of talents training were summarized.关键词
