红花黄色素对不稳定性心绞痛患者Th1/2细胞漂移的干预作用
Intervention effect of Safflower Yellow injection on Th1/2 cell drift in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Safflower Yellow injection on the unstable angina pectoris and levels of Thl/Th2 cell drift in the patients plasma. Methods Divided 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris into 2 groups,including control group and trial group. The trial group was treated with Safflower Yellow injection (150 mg,onece daily, 10 days of the duration) combined with conventional western medicine, and control group was treated with conventional western medicine only. The clinical symptom and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms were observed in all cases. The serum interferon — γ (INF -γ) , inter-leukin -4 (IL-4), IL-2, IL-10 levels were determined with enzyme association immunity adsorption law. Results After treatment, the effect of clinical improvement of syndromes in trial group was better than those in control group ( P < 0. 05 ). There is significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ) on the TCM symptomatic scores. The plasma levels of INF - γ, IL - 4, IL - 2, IL - 10 in two groups were not significantly different. The level of IFN - γ, IL-2 after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the level of those in the trial group were significantly lower than those in control (all P <0. 05). Conclusion Safflower Yellow injection can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the unstable angina patients. The effect of Safflower Yellow
injection on the improvement of Thl/Th2 cell drift may be one of the function mechanism.关键词
