五味子含药血清中木脂素类成分的UPLC-MS/MS分析
Analysis of lignans in serum containing drug of Schisandra chinensis by UPLCMS/MS

Abstract
Objective To analyze lignans in serum containing drug (SCD) of Schisandra chinensis. Methods Samples was detected by UPLC - MS/MS. By comparing the total ion current ( TIC ) chromato-gram of SCD with the ones of extract of Schisandra chinensis and blank serum, drug - induced constituents were found. Some original compounds were identified by comparing the retention time and mass data with reference compounds and some other ones were suspected by comparing the mass data of SCD with the ones of extract of Schisandra chinensis and consultting literatures. Results Drug - induced constituents were found in rat' s serum after oral administration of Schisandra chinensis, including original compounds contained in materia medica and their metabolites. Four original compounds in SCD were identified as schisandrin, schisandrol B, deoxyschisandrin, schisandrin B, and ten other ones were suspected as gomisin D, tigloylgomisin H, ange-loylgomisin H, angeloylgomisin P, schisantherin B, schisanhenol, gomisin O, gomisin N, 6 - O - benzoylgomisin 0, and schisandrin C. All fourteen ones were dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans. Conclusion Main drug - induced constituents in SCD of Schisandra chinensis were dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans.关键词
