Analysis of antibiotics use in 258 cases of type Ⅰ incision operation in our hospital

Abstract
Objective To analyze the prophylactic antibiotics use in type I incision operation, and to further specification of our hospital proper use of antimicrobial agents. Methods A random check of our hospital from January 2012 to June 2012, three departments of the clinical data of the class I incision 258, survey of antimicrobial agents. Resluts A-mong all the 258 cases, 128 cases were used for prophylaxis, the usage rate was 49. 6%. There are 97 cases (54. 2% ) who antimicrobial drug selection is not appropriate. There are 50 cases (27. 93% ) who preventive medication for more than 24 hours; 22 cases(12. 3% ) discharged patients with antibacterial drugs. To prophylaxis opportunity to grasp better, only 4 patients (2. 2%) didnot use antibiotics in the according to the prescribed requirements preoperative 0. 5 - 2. 0 hours prophylaxis. Conclusion Our hospital type I incision operation preventive application of antimicrobial agents have certain progress, but overall insufficient still standard, should further strengthen the intervention measures, improve the rationality of antibacterial drugs in clinical application.关键词
