亚麻脱胶微生物的筛选及应用研究
Screening and Application of Flax Retting Microorganisms
摘要
Abstract
Two bacteria which can produce high alkaline pectinase and hemicellulase were isolated from the dew - retting flax stems in the field. And they were identified and experimented to test the capability of degumming, the flax retting process was optimized. The two bacteria could finish degumming within 190h under a stable humidity and 15℃. Compared with the control, this optimized degumming time could be shorter by 50% , the long fiber rate increased 2 percentage points and the total fiber rate increased over 1 percentage point.关键词
