Optimization of Mulberry Fiber Degumming Process with Fuzzy Orthogonal Test

Abstract
Fuzzy mathematic theory and analytic method were applied to the degumming process of mulberry fiber so as to get the degrees of membership and fuzzy comprehensive evaluative values of residual pectin rate and lignin content. According to the results of main effect analysis, the optimum degumming conditions were alkaline 5 g/L, hydrogen peroxide solution 10 m/L, temperature 100 ℃ , time 90 min. With the fuzzy comprehensive evaluative value as the objective function, main technological parameters for bleaching were optimized by using fuzzy orthogonal design. And the optimum condition was consistent with the direct - viewing analysis.关键词
