左心室射血分数正常的慢性心力衰竭患者血清脂联素、B型脑钠肽及肿瘤坏死因子-α的相关性研究
Serum Adiponectin,B-type Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Tumor Necrosis Factor in Heart Failure Patients with Normal Ejection Fraction

Abstract
Objective To measure the levels of adiponectin ( ApN ), B - type brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP ), and tumor necrosis factor - α ( TNF - α ) in chronic heart failure ( CHF ) patients with normal left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ), to explore their correlation with CHF. Methods ApN, BNP, TNF - α, fasting blood glucose ( FBG ), total cholesterol ( TC ), triacylglycerol ( TG ), low density lipoprotein ( LDL ), high density lipoprotein ( HDL ) were detected and echocardiography done in 120 CHF patients with normal LVEF ( CHF group ) and 50 normal subjects ( control group ). Results The levels of serum ApN, BNP, TNF - α were higher in CHF group than in control group ( P <0. 01 ). There was significant difference in ApN, BNP, TNF - α and LVEF between patients with varying degrees of CHF ( P < 0. 05 ), and LVEF lower in Ⅲ degree than in Ⅱ degree, in Ⅳ degree than in Ⅲ degree, the difference was significant ( P <0. 05 ). Serum ApN was positively correlated with BNP, TNF - α ( r =0. 682, 0.533, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion ApN, BNP, TNF - α and LVEF, having remarkable effects on NYHA degrees, are of great significance in early diagnosis of CHF patients with normal LVEF.关键词
