肠造口患者社区护理现状及护理需求调查分析
Status Quo of Community Nursing for Intestinal Stoma and Its Demands

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of community nursing for patients with enterostomy and its demands. Methods Data of 197 patients having enterostomy in Xiangya hospital from April 2011 to September 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, using self-made questionnaires and SPSS software. Results A total of 168 stoma patients finished the investigation, involving 28 community hospitals ( including township hospitals ). All community hospitals could deal with open wounds, 6 had wound outpatient service, but non had stoma service. Forty - four ( 26. 2% ) patients never visited community hospitals for stoma nursing. The first 3 reasons were limited treatment level, shortage of special stoma therapists and stoma products. The first 3 nursing items that patients and their dependents expected to get from community hospitals were guidance to skills for ostomy bag replacement, to daily life, to observation and nursing of complications. The first 3 suggestions that patients and their dependents put forward were a comprehensive range of ostomy care guidance, purchase for ostomy nursing products for patients, ability to deal with common ostomy complications. Conclusion The nursing that ostomy patients get from community hospitals is limited. Primary health service organizations should provide patients with ostomy nursing services and guidance to daily nursing skills in varying ways, to give them available general treatments in community.关键词
