摘要
Abstract
Fertility-sparing radical trachelectomy in early stage cervical cancer has become standard option for young patients. Abdominal, vaginal, laparo-scopic and robotic trachelectomy has been developed and are characterized by technic approach and extent of resection. The morbidity is low, the oncologic and obstetric outcomes are good as long as the patients' selection is appropriate and the procedure is well done. But the approach choice depends on the available surgical technique, equipment and tumor size.关键词
