Abstract
This article states the features and biological characters of ovarian germ cell tumors. The differences and similarities between ovarian germ-cell tumors and epithelial ovarian cancers in the principles and methods of treatment, the effects of prognosis of patients with fertility-sparing surgery and chemotherapy after the surgery on the function of o-vary, fertility, descendant and so on were discussed.
